Ingredients

16 ounces of ham, sliced

12 ounces of fresh or frozen broccoli (approximately 4 cups)

1 small red pepper, seeded and sliced into half-inch strips

Cream Sauce

2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 Tablespoons minced shallots or spring onions

1/2 cup ham or beef stock

Instructions

Heat the ham (or beef) stock and the minced shallots in a medium saucepan. Mix the mustard, tomato paste, and heavy cream in a small bowl. Stir in the mustard mixture and bring it to a boil. Add the ham slices and cook until heated through. Serve with steamed broccoli and red peppers.
