Ingredients

Ham, cut into half-inch slices

Mustard

Gluten-free coat and crunch seasoning mix, or homemade gluten-free shake and bake seasoning

Instructions

Place the seasoning mix on a small plate.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of mustard on a plate.

Use a pastry brush or knife to spread mustard on one side of the ham slice.

Dip the ham slice into the coating. Turn and coat the other side for extra flavor. Repeat for the remaining ham slices.

Place the ham slices on a parchment-covered baking sheet.

Bake in an oven heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the ham are lightly browned.
