1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced pitted olives
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Instructions
Place chicken, eggs, celery, olives, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Blend the mayonnaise and lemon juice and add it to the chicken mixture.
Gently mix.
Chill for one hour before serving.
