2 chicken sausages, sliced into bite-sized pieces. (Al Fresco, Gilbert’s, or whatever brand you like)
1 can Amy’s Kitchen Organic Lentil Soup, Light in Sodium
2 fresh apricots, pitted and chopped
1 cup English cucumber, diced
Instructions
- Sauté the chicken sausage in a medium-sized pan.
- Add the soup and heat until bubbling.
- Pour the soup into 2 soup bowls.
- Top with chopped apricot and diced cucumber and serve.
