Ingredients
3 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Everything Spice seasoning (the sesame and poppy seeds will give the wrap a little crunch)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1 large egg
Instructions
Mix ingredients in a small bowl using a whisk.
Coat a glass pie plate with nonstick spray and pour in the batter.
Microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully flip the wrap over and microwave it for 30 seconds. This makes the bottom side drier and a little more tortilla-like.
Fill the wrap with chicken salad or your favorite ingredients and enjoy!
