Ingredients

3 Tablespoons light sour cream

1 ounce goat cheese

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 can (6 ounces) salmon

1/2 cup sliced celery

1 Tablespoon capers, chopped

Instructions

Mix sour cream, goat cheese, lemon juice, basil, salmon, and celery in a small bowl. Add capers if using—season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

The nutrition facts were calculated using Daisy light sour cream and Kirkland canned salmon. Omit the salt to reduce sodium to ~800 mg per serving.
